1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", or "your") and menyala78 (hereinafter referred to as "menyala78", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the menyala78 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, promotions, and all related features accessible via the domain menyala78.cam.

menyala78 is an internationally licensed online gaming and sports betting platform operating in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. 2 Definitions

3 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process and creating an Account on the menyala78 Platform, you expressly confirm that:

1. You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them;
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
3. You meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years of age at the time of registration;
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party;
5. You are not a compulsive gambler, or if you believe you may be at risk, you have voluntarily sought appropriate professional support prior to registering;
6. All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is true, accurate, and current.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and menyala78 with respect to your use of the Platform.

4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the menyala78 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity;
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable national, state, or local law;
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of menyala78, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You must not have a previously terminated or suspended menyala78 Account, unless express written consent for re-registration has been granted by menyala78;
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

5 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each Player may hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, menyala78 requires all Players to complete identity verification ("KYC"). The following documents may be requested:

• A valid government-issued photo identification — Malaysian MyKad (IC), Passport, or Driver's Licence;
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the preceding three (3) months;
• A selfie photograph of the Player holding their photo ID, with both the Player's face and the document clearly visible;
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot or image of the bank account, e-wallet, or card used for deposits.

KYC documentation must be submitted through the secure upload facility within the Player's Account settings. menyala78 will endeavour to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. menyala78 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where required for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

6 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. menyala78 strongly recommends that Players use a unique, strong password and enable any available two-factor authentication features.

You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise disposed of to any third party.

In the event that you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account or misuse of your credentials, you must notify menyala78 immediately via the live chat support channel or by emailing our support team. menyala78 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your Account credentials.

menyala78 reserves the right to suspend or lock any Account suspected of unauthorised access, pending investigation. During any such suspension, funds within the Account will be held in accordance with our standard security protocols.

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the menyala78 Platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

7.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of RM100.
• Deposits are typically credited to the Player's Account instantly upon successful processing. menyala78 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees or limits.
• menyala78 only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in the Player's name during the KYC process.
• menyala78 aims to process withdrawal requests within 2 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method selected and any applicable compliance checks.
• Withdrawals of funds acquired through Bonus Funds are subject to the completion of the applicable Wagering Requirement before such funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• menyala78 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, or where a transaction is flagged for fraud review.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

menyala78 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the promotion page at the time of the offer. Players must read and accept the applicable promotion terms before claiming any bonus.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• menyala78 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably suspects abuse or misuse of the promotion system.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Cash Balance and are used for wagering purposes. Specific game contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type — please refer to the applicable promotion terms for contribution rates.
• If a Player chooses to withdraw prior to completing the Wagering Requirement, any outstanding Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

8.2 Welcome Bonus Summary

• 288% Magnificent Bonus — Maximum bonus amount MYR 2,880. Wagering requirement: 35x the bonus amount.
• 100% Standard Bonus — Maximum bonus amount MYR 300. Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount.
• 188% Esports Bonus — Maximum bonus amount MYR 888. Wagering requirement: 18x the bonus amount. Applicable to esports betting markets only.
• 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus — Maximum bonus amount MYR 688. No wagering requirement. Applicable to cryptocurrency deposits only.

menyala78 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes to active promotions will be communicated via the Platform.

9 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the menyala78 Platform are subject to the rules of the applicable game or sports market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules prior to placing any wager. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game or betting rules.

9.1 Sports Betting

• Sports betting markets are subject to individual market rules. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules — generally by voiding the bet and returning the stake, unless the event is rescheduled within a specified period.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. menyala78 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all sports betting markets. Limits may vary by sport, event, market type, and Player tier. Refer to the specific market page for applicable limits.
• Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to minimum odds requirements per selection. A minimum of two (2) selections is required to form a valid Mix Parlay bet.

9.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness.
• Live dealer game rules are governed by the applicable table rules displayed within each game interface. Decisions made by the live dealer in accordance with table rules are final.
• In the event of a technical fault or connectivity interruption during a game round, the round will be settled based on the available game server records. menyala78's technical logs constitute the definitive record of game outcomes.

menyala78 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a manifest technical error ("palpable error"), system malfunction, or pricing error has occurred. Players will be notified of any such void, and the original stake will be returned.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the menyala78 Platform. Any Player found to be engaged in the following activities will have their Account suspended and may be subject to legal action:

• Registering more than one Account ("multi-accounting") or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other automated means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting (where expressly prohibited by applicable promotion terms), or coordinated bonus abuse;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other financial transaction that is unlawful under applicable law;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct towards menyala78 staff or other Players.

11 Responsible Gambling

menyala78 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that, for a small proportion of players, gambling can become a problem, and we take our obligation to minimise harm seriously.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can lose;
• Session Time Limits — Set a maximum session duration after which you will be logged out;
• Cool-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform.

Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, it will take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform during the exclusion period.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the menyala78 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials, is the proprietary property of menyala78 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent;
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Platform software or content;
• Use any menyala78 brand name, logo, or trademark in any manner that could imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of menyala78's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, menyala78 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials or from unauthorised access to your Account;
• Decisions made in reliance on any information published on the Platform, including game rules, odds, or promotional terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude menyala78's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. menyala78 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

menyala78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10;
• Where required by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order;
• Where menyala78 reasonably suspects fraudulent, criminal, or suspicious activity associated with the Account;
• At the Player's own request for voluntary account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon Account termination for cause (breach of these Terms), menyala78 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom. Any verified Cash Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) remaining in the Account at the time of termination will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements.

Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any Cash Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which menyala78 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and menyala78, you are encouraged to first contact our customer support team via live chat or email to seek resolution informally. menyala78 is committed to addressing all legitimate player complaints promptly and in good faith.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body designated under the applicable licensing framework. Players may also be entitled to refer unresolved complaints to any applicable regulatory authority or recognised alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body under our licensing terms.

16 Amendments to These Terms

menyala78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, Players will be notified via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on their Account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where required to take immediate effect by applicable law or regulatory requirements.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14 of these Terms.
